1849 Condos is a family-oriented, private residence rental property situated across from Mammoth Mountain's Canyon Lodge, ski lifts and Village Gondola.The property offers three hot tubs and sauna, outdoor heated pool, tennis courts (seasonal), laundry facilities, and DVD rentals. A private residence provides the guests with a home away from home and is complete with full-size kitchen, dining and living room.Phase I of the property is located closest to the ski lifts. This elevator accessible four-floor building offers of two- and three-bedroom condos, a penthouse, and covered parking. Underground parking is available per rented condo.Phase II consists of nine townhouses with two-bedroom units on the lower level and a three- or four-bedroom units on the upper level. These units have immediate access to the outside and parking is available directly in front of condo.
